• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel or reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made after this time may not be eligible for a refund.
• If Go To Nhl needs to cancel or reschedule a class, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

4. Safety and Conduct

• All participants must follow the coach’s instructions for safety reasons.
• Proper protective gear (helmet, gloves, pads, skates) is required during all on-ice sessions.
• Go To Nhl is not responsible for injuries caused by unsafe or careless behavior.

5. Age and Responsibility

• Kids under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when registering or attending training.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their child’s safety and compliance with rink rules.
